ABOUT SHELLY GREENE

Shelly Greene attended St. Petersburg College in Clearwater, Florida where she focused mainly on Medical Sciences. Shelly earned her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine degree (MSOM) from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, New Mexico in July of 2002. This degree encompasses training & clinical experience in acupuncture, moxibustion, cosmetic acupuncture, cupping, auricular therapy, herbology, tui-na (oriental bodywork), electrical stimulation, & nutritional therapy. The MSOM degree includes 1605.5 actual classroom hours & 1217.5 clinical internship hours. Shelly also took 128 hours in additional elective credit hours, totaling 2951 actual hours or 170 college credit hours. This is a graduate program & is a four academic year course of study. Shelly is certified in Oriental Medicine by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists (NCCAOM). This certification requires 60 continuing education credit hours every 4 year to be current.
